Join us in managing end-to-end digitalization and software implementation projects for top industrial clients across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and transportation.

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee multiple IT and digitalization projects, ensuring successful delivery from presale to implementation. You will be responsible for client engagement, team leadership, and managing project timelines, scope, and resources while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

• Manage multiple small to medium projects simultaneously.
• Participate in technical proposal and presale activities.
• Conduct meetings with clients stakeholders and assign tasks to project teams.
• Plan, manage, and track projects to ensure timely delivery and compliance with requirements.
• Handle scope, schedule, and resource changes effectively.
• Identify risks, propose solutions, and escalate issues to stakeholders when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to methodologies, security standards, and company procedures.
• Provide end-user training when required.
• Track team performance and generate progress reports for clients.

Must-Have:

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of IT project management experience with at least 3 full SDLC cycles.
• Experience managing digitalization projects in industrial sectors (manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, transportation).
• Strong leadership, client-facing communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluent English (spoken & written).
• Solid knowledge in backend systems.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Agile/SCRUM project experience.
• Experience in human resource management.
• Professional technical background in industrial/manufacturing software.
