- Human resource management for project outsourcing in the Global, Japan markets
- Control to ensure the progress and quality of project implementation according to the plan
- Control request changes
- Perform the work of acceptance and deployment to put products into use
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Over 3 years of experience as PM
- Have knowledge of process development software: coding, testing, delivery, uat ...
- Have experience, and knowledge about Scrum, Agile
- Proficient use of tools for project management: Jira, Trello, ...
- Have skills: communicate, leading, coaching, hiring, and cultivating/building teams are a plus
- Have an experience with PB project is a plus
- Have a certificate PMP/ACP is a plus
- Have problem-detection skills and Problem-Solving skills
- Excellent English (good in technical reading & writing and ability to communicate with foreign clients clearly and concisely)
