This role is ideal for someone who has successfully handled complex, multi-market recruitment and is comfortable owning projects end-to-end.
WhatWe'reLooking For
- Minimum7 years of experiencemanaging fieldwork for qualitative and quantitative projects
- Strong experience with global respondent recruitment, vendor management, quotas, and multi-country coordination
- Proven ability to manage IDIs, focus groups, online communities, IHUTs, and large-scale surveys
- Experience handling niche B2B, consumer, and healthcare audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable working across US and EU time zones
Role Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end fieldwork management across global qual and quant studies
- Develop recruitment strategies for diverse and hard-to-reach audiences
- Coordinate with clients, partners, vendors, and internal teams
- Oversee timelines, screeners, sample frames, trackers, and daily updates
- Maintain quality control, respondent compliance, and data integrity
- Anticipate feasibility risks and propose effective solutions
- Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle
