The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Desired Candidate will have following qualifications and experience:
- General qualifications: PhD/Master&aposs degree in Electronics and Microelectronics Engineering.
- Priority is given to those with expertise in semiconductor technology.
- Professional experience: Minimum 20-25 years of experience, having worked on at least 2 projects as PM in managing large scale FAB projects. Direct experience with 28nm - 65nm CMOS technology.
- Technical skills: expertise in Chip manufacturing process, microchip manufacturing technology, quality control, clean room management. FEED Design (Front-End Engineering Design), Bidding, Cost Estimation.
- Management capacity: Professional project management, technical team leadership skills, budget management, problem solving.
- Certificates: having a certificate in project management is a plus (PMP, PE), certification in semiconductor technology, having undergone FAB Lab management training.
- Foreign languages: fluent in English, able to communicate internationally, reading and understanding specialized techniques.
- Soft skills: effective communication, logic, teamwork.
