Project Management Manager Lending Transformation

We are looking for an experienced Project Management Manager to join ACB's Transformation Management Office (TMO) and contribute to one of the bank's strategic transformation initiatives focused on lending transformation and digital capabilities.

This role is designed for a hands-on project leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can drive complex initiatives across business and technology teams.

About the Role

• Drive execution of key workstreams within a strategic lending transformation program
• Collaborate across Business, Technology, Risk, Operations, Data, and external partners
• Contribute to the delivery of new lending capabilities, products, and customer journeys
• Operate within an Agile Transformation environment (TMO mindset)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and track project deliverables, timelines, budgets, and key milestones across assigned workstreams
• Drive day-to-day project execution, ensuring alignment between business objectives, product requirements, and technology delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, Data, and external vendors
• Manage project dependencies and ensure timely delivery across multiple teams and systems
• Identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks proactively; develop mitigation plans and drive resolution with stakeholders
• Prepare and communicate project status updates, progress reports, risks, and escalation items to management
• Ensure project governance and delivery quality while maintaining flexibility within Agile / Hybrid delivery models
• Facilitate collaboration and effective communication between business and technical stakeholders
• Lead and manage project teams of approximately 20–40 members

Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within banking, financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation, technology implementation, or digitalization programs
• Strong capability in project planning, execution tracking, stakeholder management, dependency management, and risk management
• Experience managing cross-functional teams of approximately 20–40 members
• Solid understanding of system implementation lifecycle (SDLC) and project delivery methodologies
• Experience working across Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, Data, and external vendors
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently with high ownership and drive outcomes in complex environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Consumer Lending, Retail Lending, Consumer Finance, or Credit-related domains is a strong plus
• Understanding of lending processes, loan origination, credit assessment, and customer lending journeys is preferred
• Experience working with Lending Platforms, Loan Origination Systems (LOS), CRM, Digital Channels, or Data Platforms is a plus
