Role Description The Project Management Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This role supports project managers in planning, tracking, and executing AI and business operations projects, including preparing project documentation, scheduling meetings, and maintaining project plans and status reports. The intern helps coordinate communication among cross-functional teams, follows up on action items, and assists in monitoring timelines, risks, and dependencies. Daily responsibilities may include gathering and analyzing project data, preparing presentation materials, and contributing to process improvements. The role offers hands-on exposure to project management in a fast-paced technology environment and opportunities to learn best practices in AI-enabled business operations.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Program Management skills, including support for project coordination and execution.
• Candidates should possess effective Project Planning abilities, such as organizing tasks, timelines, and dependencies.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify issues, and support decision-making.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Interest in AI, cloud, or digital transformation initiatives is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Ho Chi Minh City, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
