Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the Copy Trading Product in Vietnam. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective cross-functional coordination, and timely project execution. The ideal candidate has a genuine interest in trading or financial markets, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage timelines, documentation, and basic data reporting. You will work closely with internal teams, traders, and sales to gather insights, prepare reports and training materials, and support overall product operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build experience in fintech and trading environments while contributing to a fast-growing product.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Copy Trading Product in Vietnam to ensure smooth daily operations and clear internal coordination.
- Track project timelines and follow up with internal departments.
- Assist with checking data, preparing simple reports, and maintaining documentation
- Support preparation of training materials, slides, and project summaries.
- Help gather insights from traders, communities, and the sales team
- Provide general coordination support: scheduling, follow-ups, and meeting notes.
Requirements:
Must Have
- We welcome fresh graduates as well as candidates with prior experience in finance, economics, or business-related companies
- Genuine interest in trading, financial markets, or crypto.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and follow-through.
- Comfortable with basic data checks and spreadsheets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Good command of English or Chinese is preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience in operations, coordination, or admin support.
- Exposure to fintech or trading platforms.
