Project Architect

As part of Palladium Hotel Group's international growth strategy, Urcoisa's Project Department is strengthening its presence across the APAC region. We are looking for a Project Architect to provide Technical Services Advisory (TSA) support for international hospitality projects.

The position will be based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and will report functionally to the Central Technical Team in Spain, joining a dynamic international team with excellent long-term career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide TSA support throughout hotel development projects.
• Coordinate with developers, architects, engineers, operators and contractors.
• Review architectural and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and operational requirements.
• Attend design review meetings and technical workshops.
• Support site inspections across the APAC region.
• Prepare technical reports for the Madrid headquarters and CEO (Ibiza).

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture.
• 3–6 years of experience.
• Hospitality experience is highly valued.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Native or fluent Vietnamese (mandatory).
• AutoCAD and Revit proficiency.
• Availability to travel.
