Production Planning Supervisor

Our client is a global materials science and digital identification solutions company that provides a wide range of branding and information solutions that optimize labor and supply chain efficiency, reduce waste, advance sustainability, circularity and transparency, and better connect brands and consumers.

Location: Nearly HCM, Shuttle bus

The Planning Supervisor oversees the daily operations and performance of the Planning team, including leadership, coordination, analysis, reporting, and process improvement.

• Lead and supervise daily activities of Planning Coordinators/Specialists.
• Manage production, outsourcing, material, and demand planning for assigned product lines.
• Analyze performance and provide timely updates to the Planning Manager on service levels, risks, and potential gaps against targets.
• Monitor team performance, including task completion, KPIs, and daily/weekly/monthly activities.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Finance, Purchasing, Production, and other related departments to ensure performance is on track.
• Maintain and improve planning processes and workflows.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Planning Manager.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field; 7+ years of related experience.
• Supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of Production Planning, Inventory Management, and related functions.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Strong business partnering and supervisory skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Workspace, VBA, Apps Script, Oracle/ERP, automation, and relevant software.
• Good knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations.
