Production Planning Executive

PRIMARY JOB TASKS

• Plan and allocate raw materials, manpower, and machine usage to ensure optimal production efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the timely availability of materials.
• Act as a liaison between different departments, such as production, quality control, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
• Track production progress and address bottlenecks or issues proactively.
• Analyze data and generate reports on production efficiency, material usage, and downtime.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

• Graduated from university or above.
• Has experience in industry environment is advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP system.

COMPETENCE

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Data analysis and reporting proficiency.
• Proficient in English (Listening – Speaking – Reading – Writing)
• Effective communicator with quick execution response times to internal and external teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
