Key Responsibilities

Analyse capacity constraints, discuss level loading solutions.
Order execution based on agreed product and service standards as well as cost objectives from the brand.
Work with stakeholders to resolve supply challenges before and during buy execution.
Analyze weekly exceptions, take action to resolve issues and maintain delivery dates.
Proactively identifying and addressing bulk orders potential issues, ensuring smooth operations and timely deliveries through collaboration Development and Technical team.
Hold regular meetings with factory to review the production schedule, anticipate risks, and develop action plans
Track the shipment plan, update the order weekly progress to manager as well as UK side, monitor liability utilization, and control on-time delivery independently.
Monitor and control factory KPIs about On-time performance and production lead time.
Compile various reports, streamlining processes and enhancing accuracy and transparency.
