Your role purpose

The Production Manager is in charge of managing and supervising all the tasks needed to execute the manufacturing process of fiber recycling.

Your Essential Duties and Responsiblities

• Managing local end-to-end Production and overall production operations
• Staffing, staff development, staff shifting and machine scheduling in coordination with productivity and efficiency, output quality, inventory and departmental financials
• Manufacturing process, follow defined process, efficient, system enabled and documented
• Customer Order Processing in time and quality parameters.

Competencies required

• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong leadership to be able to align and motivate the team
• Business savvy, with the ability to manage internal customer expectations in quality and lead times
• Resourceful to coordinate between different departments
• Open to self-assessment and evaluation
• Knowledge and background in Quality Management System (e.g.: ISO 9001) appliedto job position's tasks and responsibilities.

Work Experience required

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Prioritize and managemultiple projects and activities simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner
• Outstanding organization skills and attention to detail while moving quickly under pressure.
