Production Manager | Glove Manufacturing

• Industry: Global Rubber Glove Manufacturing (Medical & Industrial)
• Location: Đường N3, KCN Bàu Bàng, Bình Dương
• Reporting to: Head of Factory
• Work Hours: Mon to Fri (8:00 - 17:00) + Sat (8:00 - 12:30)
• Factory site: 175 employees;

10 out of 16 lines running

Role Core: Lead end-to-end production operations for a glove manufacturing factory, ensuring the right balance between output, quality, productivity, cost, and delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations, manpower, machinery and resources to achieve production targets and optimize productivity.
• Drive production KPIs, cost efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives, including identifying operational issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Lead and develop production teams while working closely with QA, Engineering, Maintenance, Warehouse and Planning to ensure smooth factory operations.
• Ensure consistent product quality, timely order fulfillment and compliance with HSE and operational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree of Chemical engineering or equivalent from reputable universities.
• 04-05 years experience as a Production Manager in Glove Industry.
• Experience driving KPI/CI & cross function with other factory's departments.
• English & Chinese Mandarin communication, able to communicate with foreign managers.
