Responsibilities
Build up and develop the relationship with KOLs
- Develop KOLs for each product group with assigned territories and country level
- Working closely with KOLs and developing clinical strength
- Build up Company reputation and deliver to the market by the clinical side
Strength in Assigned Clinical Domain
- Develop a deep understanding of the customers clinical practice
- Keep abreast of the latest developments, trends, and topics of interest in the clinical practice.
- Stay close to the clinical customers so as to continuously learn and stay updated, while influencing customers towards Company&aposs portfolio of products.
- Plan, organize, gain approval for, and execute appropriate activities (eg. product workshops) to highlight the clinical efficacy of Company&aposs products
Strength in Assigned Products
- Develop a deep understanding of the assigned products within the Company&aposs portfolio.
- Keep abreast of the latest global developments and trends, both within Company and with competitors.
- Keep in close contact with other specialists within Company to continuously learn and develop
- Participate in regional product webinars and conference calls to receive updates, and then push the information out to the field.
- Plan, organize, gain approval for, and execute appropriate activities (eg. product demonstrations) to highlight the strengths of Company&aposs products
Market Knowledge of Assigned Territory
- Develop and clearly detail competitors installed base, market share, and activities
- Understand the local dynamics of healthcare funding, patient flow, and policy developments
- Provide updates where required and share market information with team mates and regional colleagues in a prompt and timely manner.
Team Contribution
- Constantly update Sales and Services colleagues covering the same territory on customer developments, sentiments, and leanings
- Closely support Sales Channel Partners within the territory to enhance their understanding of company products, and to give them the winning edge in the field
- Support quotations with appropriate product configuration information on SP4.
- Enhance tender efforts and projects by joining the working group (sales and distributors) to support them with full product information, customer presentations, demonstrations, etc.
- Coordinating & supporting to sales, marketing & application team for full range product translation, tender document, tender specification.
- Supporting to Account MGRs for:
LOA, quotation & order for full range product.
Sales funnel management & CRM updating.
T-call meeting with internal (Regional) & external customers for all medical device business.
Product Management
- Support all internal functions and business activities with appropriate technical product information (brochures, IFUs, clinical papers, etc)
- Keep internal functions updated on product life cycle developments (phase-out, launches, recalls, etc)
- Oversee the translation of technical and clinical English documents into Vietnamese (and vice versa) as required by customers and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
University Degree, Graduated nurse, biomed of doctor or Biomedical Engineering
Minimum 3 years experience in Medical Devices industry with relevant experience
Excellent in building relationship with external/internal stakeholders and developing business network
Independent, proactive, objective-driven
Communication and problem-solving skills
Passionate, and integrity
Good in English
