Role Overview

We seek a detail-oriented Product Specialist to drive product-led growth, focusing on user engagement and loyalty. The ideal candidate is passionate about content, obsessed with user experience, and committed to perfecting the platform to global standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive product-led growth by creating features that boost engagement and retention.

- Analyze user behavior to design intuitive, personalized experiences.

- Optimize UI/UX with a perfectionist focus on details.

- Collaborate with content, marketing, and engineering teams.

- Conduct A/B testing and use data to refine features.

- Benchmark against global platforms to elevate product quality.

Qualifications

- 3+ years in product management, ideally in streaming or consumer tech.

- Strong sense of Vietnamese/Asian content trends.

- Data-driven with experience in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

- Perfectionist with a focus on user-centric design.

- Passion for global standards; knowledge of international platforms a plus.

- Fluent in Vietnamese, proficient in English.

- Nice-to-have: A/B testing, UX design, or product-led growth experience.
