Business Manager Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar (Medical Devices)
Role
-Achieve business and corporate goals in assigned countries, with a focus on establishing organization brand presence for entire product range across the country.
-Manage a strong commercial and distribution channel in the region that is compliant with local and international laws and regulation, while creating a strong footprint in the region and maximizing profits.
-Develop market access for products.
-Promote the full range of company products with a focus on new product launches, therapy adoption and increasing market share in South Asia.
-Build a strong brand image and perception of the company, promoting the application and differentiation of our products.
-As business grows in each country, manage the existing organization that aligns around company vision and mission.
-Being a leader to provide mentorship and coaching opportunity.
-Organize and participate in regular meeting with channel partners to ensure efficient services are maintained.
Experience
-Mid career profession with experience in the cardiovascular industry (ideally) demonstrating strong ambition to grow the business and develop in a fast-paced environment.
-Experience in managing large, high performing teams and exposure to multiple countries.
-Experience in management of a distribution network with demonstrated sales growth
-Proven ability to develop and execute product strategy plans
