PRODUCT R&D SPECIALIST

• Research market trends, materials, technologies, and industry developments to identify opportunities for new aluminum products.
• Develop product concepts, technical specifications, configurations, and application requirements.
• Design and develop aluminum systems, including profiles, accessories, and related components.
• Develop and test prototypes to optimize design, performance, manufacturability, and material costs.
• Prepare BOMs, technical specifications, tolerances, and design options for production.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Sales, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth product transfer, technical implementation, and market launch.
• Provide technical guidance and support during product implementation and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, building materials, aluminum systems, or related industries.
• Good knowledge of aluminum & glass systems, aluminum structures, extrusion, machining, surface treatment, and technical standards.
• Proficiency in CAD/AutoCAD and SolidWorks; experience with Logikal, Opera, SAP/ERP is an advantage.
• Ability to read and analyze technical drawings and develop practical technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• English or Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel when required.
