Job Description

Department: Sales

Reporting to: Sales Manager/Sales Director

Location: Ho Chi Minh City

JOB PURPOSE:

Develop merchandise allocation plans for sales teams, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with other departments to ensure supply aligns with business plans.

Support sales forecast, purchasing plans, and SKU management to optimize sales performance and inventory costs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan product allocation by model and product group for each sales channel and dealer.

Monitor system-wide inventory, flag low-stock or slow-moving SKUs, and report forecast achievement rates weekly/monthly.

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, and Purchasing teams to update market demand, sales campaigns, and delivery schedules for effective merchandise planning.

Prepare analytical reports on sell-in/sell-out/inventory ratios and product turnover rates.

Optimize product assortment and propose appropriate purchasing plans based on seasonality or SKU priority.

Track order placement progress and production schedules (if applicable), and assist in stock reallocation between warehouses.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors degree in Planning, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.

Minimum of 2 year of experience in Sales Planning, Demand Planning, or Supply Chain.

Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, data analysis); knowledge of Power BI or ERP is a plus.

Strong logical thinking, data analysis, and planning skills.

Flexible cross-department coordination skills with clear communication abilities.
