About you:

Position Summary:

As a Product Owner, you will lead the development and execution of product initiatives, acting as the main link between business stakeholders and development teams. You will ensure that the team delivers high quality products by guiding the agile development process and aligning the product vision with business goals.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Act as the main bridge between business and technical teams, aligning product vision, gathering requirements, managing expectations, and ensuring successful delivery.
  • Define and prioritize the product backlog, write user stories, lead sprint planning/reviews, manage release planning, and proactively address risks.
  • Leverage modern tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to gather/analyze requirements efficiently and communicate effectively with AI for optimal outcomes.
  • Conduct market research, analyze competitors, collaborate with UX/UI teams, and monitor key metrics to guide data-driven product improvements.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • 4+ years&apos experience in product management with strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and full product lifecycle from concept to launch.
  • Proven ability to engage stakeholders, translate business needs into technical requirements, and manage cross-functional collaboration.
  • Skilled in data-driven decision-making, addressing complex challenges, and leveraging insights for product improvements.
  • Familiar with design principles and experienced in partnering with UX/UI teams to deliver user-centered products.

Pay & Bill Services Expertise

  • Hands-on experience with salary calculations, bonuses, reimbursements, payroll processing, tax deductions, and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of invoice processing, vendor payments, and purchase-to-pay workflows.
  • Skilled in timesheet systems, project billing, hourly rate management, and expense reimbursement processes.
  • Experienced in budget tracking, cost allocation, and financial monitoring across departments and projects.

Critical Thinking & Attention to Detail

  • Strong attention to detail with expertise in data validation, reconciliation, and identifying discrepancies in financial transactions.
  • Skilled in resolving complex payment, billing, and system issues through logical reasoning.
  • Experienced in designing approval workflows, ensuring compliance, and supporting audit preparation with proper documentation.
  • Proven ability to streamline workflows, reduce manual errors, and improve overall financial efficiency.
