As a Product Owner at Pave.ai, you&aposll be the bridge between the automotive industry&aposs needs and our technical innovation, ensuring we deliver exceptional value to dealerships, fleet operators, insurers, and vehicle marketplaces while revolutionizing how vehicles are inspected globally.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Vision- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for Pave.ai&aposs AI platform
- Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and user stories
- Prioritize features based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
Stakeholder Management- Collaborate with internal agent teams to gather feedback and requirements
- Work closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to ensure smooth product delivery
- Present product updates and roadmaps to leadership and key stakeholders
- Manage expectations and communicate trade-offs effectively
Agile Product Development- Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it&aposs well-groomed and prioritized
- Write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Collaborate in resource planning and allocation activities
- Make rapid decisions to unblock the development team
Data-Driven Decision Making- Define and track key product metrics and KPIs
- Analyze user behavior and product usage data to inform decisions
- Conduct A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses
- Use insights to continuously improve the product experience
AI/ML Product Expertise- Understand AI/ML concepts and their practical applications
- Work with data scientists to define AI model requirements and success criteria
- Ensure AI features are explainable and trustworthy for end users
- Stay current with AI industry trends and emerging technologies
Required QualificationsExperience- 3+ years of product management or product owner experience
- 1+ years working with AI/ML products or data-driven platforms
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling B2B SaaS products
- Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Technical Skills- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and applications
- Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools
- Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations
- Ability to quickly sketch concepts and ideas using digital drawing tools
- Experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
Soft Skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-centric mindset with empathy for user needs
- Ability to influence without authority
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
Preferred Qualifications- Technical background or degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in AI/ML startups or innovation labs
- Knowledge of data privacy and AI ethics considerations
- Product management certifications (CSPO, PSPO, etc.)
- Experience with enterprise software and complex B2B sales cycles
