Role Description The Product Owner - Intern will support the product team in defining, prioritizing, and refining product requirements for AIVision's AI retail and HR solutions. This full-time, on-site role in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather business needs, translating them into user stories, and maintaining a clear product backlog. The intern will assist in coordinating with software development teams, participating in sprint planning and review meetings, and validating features against business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing market and user research, analyzing product performance data, documenting product features, and contributing to continuous improvement of the product roadmap. The role also requires clear communication of product updates and alignment with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis capabilities to interpret data, understand user needs, and support product decisions.
• Candidates should possess foundational Product Management skills, including requirements gathering, backlog management, and familiarity with agile or iterative development processes.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, convey product requirements, and present findings clearly in both written and verbal forms.
• Candidates should possess basic Software Development understanding or technical literacy to work with engineering teams, comprehend technical constraints, and support implementation discussions.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include interest in AI or retail technology, ability to work on-site in Ho Chi Minh City, strong organizational skills, and ongoing studies or a degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
