Product Manager

Short-term Contract | 3–6 months

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong understanding of crypto exchange products to support a short-term engagement for approximately 3–6 months.

You will act as the key coordination point between our team and external partners, helping clarify requirements, translate business needs into actionable product requirements, and coordinate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure agreed deliverables are completed effectively.

This is a short-term independent service engagement, suitable for an experienced PM who can work independently and take ownership of product coordination and delivery.

What You'll Work On

• Communicate directly with partners to understand and clarify product requirements.
• Translate business needs into PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate between partners and Product/Engineering teams throughout the development process.
• Handle ongoing back-and-forth communication, requirement clarification and changes between both sides.
• Track tasks, dependencies, milestones and agreed deliverables.
• Coordinate UAT, feedback and product acceptance where required.
• Identify blockers and delivery risks and escalate them when necessary.
• Maintain clear product documentation and provide regular progress updates.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner in crypto, fintech or blockchain.
• Hands-on understanding of how crypto exchange products are built.
• Familiarity with trading, wallets, deposits/withdrawals, blockchain transactions, on/off-ramp, APIs and third-party integrations.
• Strong experience writing PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Comfortable communicating with developers and discussing APIs, integrations, frontend/backend dependencies and technical constraints.
• Strong stakeholder and partner communication skills.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of agreed deliverables.
• Able to maintain regular availability during standard business hours on weekdays for partner communication, meetings, requirement clarification and delivery coordination.
• Flexible to provide support on Saturdays or Sundays when necessary, particularly for urgent partner requests, critical releases or time-sensitive delivery matters.

Engagement Details

• Duration: 3–6 months
• Engagement type: Independent service contract
• Service capacity: This engagement requires substantial availability during weekday business hours to support ongoing partner communication and delivery coordination.
• Weekend flexibility: Occasional Saturday/Sunday availability may be required depending on project or partner needs.
• Service fee: USD 1,500–1,800/month, depending on experience, scope of services, and expected availability. Up to USD 2,200/month for strong candidates with highly relevant crypto/product experience.
• Benefits: Not applicable under this independent service engagement.
• The engagement may be extended based on business needs and mutual agreement.
