Product Manager - L'Oreal Dermatological Beauty

A Day in the Life Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will drive the O+O strategy for our dermatological portfolio in Vietnam. You will design campaign strategies, integrate medical activation, oversee product launches, forecasting, and manage budgets to drive business growth.

We Are Looking For An experienced product marketer from FMCG, beauty, or consumer health with:

• Consumer Insights & Analytics: Translates market drivers, critical thinking, and shopper trends into strategic plans.
• Activation Excellence: Leads product launches, O+O campaigns, and portfolio management.
• Influencer & Medical Collaboration: Navigates complex relationships with KOLs and healthcare partners.
• Business Acumen: Manages product forecasting, P&L, and budget optimization.
• Collaborative Leadership: Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
