Product Manager

Job Description:

• Collaborate closely with our product team to develop a product strategy and roadmap that aligns with business goals.
• Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, from initial discovery to final delivery, including competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements & roadmap development and product launch.
• Work alongside an experienced technical team and the Product Management team overseeing other aspects of the overall products.
• Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
• Engaging with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, engineering, finance, legal, analytics teams, marketing, manufacturing, operations and external partners as needed to develop and provide business plans to meet the market needs.
• Launch new products and features, test their performance, measure features and iterate quickly
• Manage feature backlog and prioritize based on current business objectives
• Update knowledge of products, UX/UI standards, industry trends, product development methodologies and best practices for the product team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required. Engineering, mathematics, data science, computer science or similar are preferred (but not required).
• 4+ years in an organization developing consumer apps as a product manager 
• Demonstrate solid experience in user & market research,  UI/UX principles, wire-framing, good aesthetics sense, backlog management.
• Not required but technical background and knowledge of data-driven product development is an advantage
• Demonstrated success in problem-solving in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
• Communication, teamwork and time management skills. 
• Passion for the job and for HouseNow's strategic vision.
• Good at English communication.
