We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the development and success of EVO credit card products. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, roadmap, and feature requirements based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
What You&aposll Do
- Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch for both EVO platform (mobile app, web app) and credit card product initiatives
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to deeply understand user needs and pain points
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to translate requirements into detailed user stories and prioritize the product backlog
- Leverage data and analytics to make informed, data-driven decisions about product features, pricing, and go-to-market strategies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in the banking and fintech space
- Effectively communicate the product vision, roadmap, and metrics to executive stakeholders
What We&aposre Looking For
Must Have
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the financial services, banking, or fintech industry
- Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies and iterative product development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights
- Technical background with understanding of software development, APIs and high level design architectures
- Knowledge of credit card and lending products, underwriting, and credit risk management
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies and their applications in banking and finance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in credit card product management
- Understanding of consumer lending and credit risk modeling
- Knowledge of emerging trends in the field of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI)
