Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of product operations processes and workflows.
- Monitor and analyze product performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure smooth product launches.
- Create and maintain documentation for product processes and procedures.
- Support the product team in managing and prioritizing product backlog.
- Assist in the coordination of user testing and feedback sessions.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product operations.
- Identify and resolve operational issues that impact product performance.
- Contribute to the development of training materials for internal teams.
- Support the product team in managing vendor relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor&aposs degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science).
- 4-5 years of experience in product operations or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with product development lifecycle.
- Experience with product management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
