This App enables anyone to become an independent insurance consultant to act like an expert; to instantly curate the most suitable and best insurance products for their customers. Our B2B2C model supports digital small ticket size insurance products, making insurance affordable for everyone.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and optimize non-life insurance products for B2B, embedded distribution and B2A channels.
Translate partner and customer needs into product propositions, coverage, underwriting rules and product requirements.
Design insurance solutions tailored to B2B partners and support Sales Team in proposals, presentations and negotiations.
Assess product risks and monitor key portfolio metrics including GWP, conversion, profitability and loss ratio.
Lead product initiatives from ideation, requirements and development through launch and optimization.
Coordinate closely with Business, Sales, Product, Operations and Insurance partners to ensure successful new product creation, product solution and delivery.
Manage relationships with insurance partners, including product terms, commissions, SLA and commercial arrangements.
Analyze market, customer and competitor needs and identify opportunities for product and portfolio improvement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Finance, Business or a related field.
From 5 years of experience in non-life insurance, underwriting, insurance product development, brokerage, bancassurance or related roles.
Strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting principles and insurance market.
Experience working with insurance companies, B2B partners or strategic accounts.
Proven experience managing products/projects from requirements through launch.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Strong English communication, detail-oriented and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and operational environment.
