Product Executive

Job Summary

-Supporting the Group Product Manager in planning and executing innovative marketing strategies for assigned products to achieve ambitious growth targets.

-Driving and monitoring marketing campaigns, controlling budgets, and reporting on performance effectiveness.

-Assisting the sales team in customer engagement and delivering impactful promotional activities.

-Conducting market visits, analyzing industry and competitor insights, and recommending actionable strategies to strengthen brand competitiveness.

-Coordinating and delivering training programs for the sales force, followed by performance evaluations to ensure maximum learning impact.

-Facilitating the development and launch of new products to meet evolving market demands.

-Preparing in-depth reports and data analyses for performance tracking and strategic decision-making.

Qualification & Experience

-Applications are invited from candidates who meet the following criteria:

-A university degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields

-At least 2 years of experience in a Product Executive or equivalent role, preferably within cosmetic sectors.

-Experience in Cosmetics, Beauty, or Skincare categories will be a highly valued asset.

Skills & Knowledge:

-Strong project management and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.

-Excellent Vietnamese and English communication and presentation skills, enabling effective collaboration with both local and international stakeholders.

-Strong AI proficiency, with the ability to leverage AI tools for idea generation, content enhancement, and data analysis.

-A competitive and action-oriented mindset, always looking for ways to improve and drive impactful results.

-Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
