Product Development Specialist

The Product Development Associate is responsible for researching, developing, and optimizing customer-focused products, programs, and policies. The role also contributes to the development, enhancement, and continuous improvement of the Company's Web/App and digital trading platforms, with the objective of delivering enhanced customer experience and driving business performance.

The position will leverage data analytics and customer behavior insights to assess product and digital channel performance, identify improvement opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations aligned with customer needs, market trends, and the Company's business strategy.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Product Research and Development:

• Conduct research on the securities market, investment trends, customer needs, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and propose relevant products, customer programs, and policies.
• Analyze customer data, business performance, and product performance to identify opportunities for new product development and enhancements to existing products.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis, including benchmarking competitors products, pricing/policies, services, and customer propositions, and recommend initiatives to strengthen the Company's competitive positioning.
• Participate in the development of business cases, product policies, implementation frameworks, and operating procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate product and program performance following implementation, assess business impact, and recommend adjustments or enhancement initiatives where appropriate.

2. Digital Platform & Trading Experience Development

• Participate in the development and enhancement of products and features on Web/App platforms and trading platforms.
• Research customer needs, behaviors, and feedback across digital platforms.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and improve Web/App features.
• Participate in defining business requirements, preparing product documentation, and conducting UAT/acceptance testing before products/features are put into operation.
• Monitor the performance and adoption of features after launch and propose continuous optimization initiatives

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial product development.
• Good understanding of the securities market and financial products/services.
• Experience in developing or enhancing Web/App/Digital Products is an advantage.

• Experience using Jira, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent tools.
