Role Description
• Monitor and follow up on trial product runs implemented by the Technology department within the scope of quality. Record results and areas for improvement during production, and report to relevant departments after trials.
• Coordinate on measures to resolve technical issues arising during trial production. Record feedback from other departments during trial runs. Work with the R&D & TE department to develop technical notes for new products in order to implement preventive actions ahead of mass production.
• Track mass-production results after trials and report to relevant departments prior to handover. Coordinate with the Technology department to roll out and hand over technical/quality matters for new products to Production and QC.
• Track the progress and results of assigned root-cause investigation actions for critical product quality defects.
• Handle external testing required by customers for new projects/products, and hand over to QC for periodic testing needed to release products.
• Perform other tasks as required by the department manager or the BOD
Qualifications
• Understand and be able to perform physical/mechanical analysis and measurement of single-layer and laminated films, inks, solvents, and color.
• Foundational knowledge of plastics, polymers, chemistry, and color principles.
• Logical, systematic thinking.
• Strong analytical, evaluation, and problem-solving skills; clear explanation and presentation ability.
• Honest, eager to learn and grow, and quick to adapt.
• Proficient in office computing; able to read English documents and write basic emails in English.
• Understand and be able to perform polymer material analysis and measurement.
• At least 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing environment (rotogravure printing, solventless lamination, bag making); willing to work overtime when required to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of machinery and equipment principles is an advantage.
• Working hours: office shift or 8-hour shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM).
