Job Description

1. ROLE OVERVIEW:

A Product Design Lead, to design & manage the UI design system for all BU in SOVICO Group, translate corporate Brand Guideline into functional wireframes, bespoke iconography, and UI Design Systems, collaborating with Product Design and Dev teams to deliver the app/ web design.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Iconography & Visual Assets: Design icon sets, illustrations for mobile apps, following brand guidelines.
App Visual & UI System: Develop wireframes, establish comprehensive UI Guidelines (backgrounds, visual components, banner specs/ratios), and maintain the Design System on Figma.
Motion & Dynamic Content: Design and standardize mobile app display assets, including both static and animated/motion graphic banners.
Dev Hand-off & Quality Control: Work closely with the Product Design team to deliver standardized Figma hand-off packages to Developers, supervising design quality.

3. REQUIREMENTS:

Experience: 5+ years of experience in UI/UX and Digital Visual Design.

Must-have skills:

Master in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop: Exceptional vector artwork execution, hand-drawing, digital banner design, setting digital guideline.
Master in Figma: Expert-level wireframing, UI component structuring.

Nice-to-have skills:

After Effects / Motion design: Capability to produce animated banners and motion graphics (animated emoji, icons).
