Product Data Manager

A. Job Propose:

• Act as a bridge between the AI application development team based-on Data and stakeholders in the enterprise to ensure that AI solutions are aligned with business needs
• Collect and analyze business requirements from relevant Business units in specific Business Contexts to clearly understand Data Requirements.
• Directly participate in the implementation and transition of AI applicable solutions on Big Data platforms to serve required Business problems

B. Key accountabilities

1. Research and analysis

• Clarify business requirements to identify required data objects with details of each data object&aposs components.
• Participate in the analysis, implementation and delivery of Data-based AI Solutions. For example, preparing & cleaning data for AI Models; evaluating the performance of AI Models using pre-defined Metrics; interpreting the output of AI Models to find insights from the collected Data.
• Contribute ideas on data products serving the Bank

2. Reporting & Documentation

• Coordinate with PO and Business to clarify Data requirements in pre-defined Templates, JIRA tickets.
• Initiate and complete mapping & transformation specification documents to prepare necessary data for AI Models and Solutions
• Build performance evaluation Metrics for AI Model outputs after deployment.
• Improve quality, improve templates, checklists, and processes used in daily work.

3.Stakeholders collaboration & management

• Engage with development team to define Technical Solutions including Data lineage, Data Modeling and Data Consumption options
• Coordinate with Business Units in the process of verifying results from AI Solution which got customized to serve specific needs.-
• Provide training and support to Business Units to help them understand and effectively use AI solutions.

C. Success Profile

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, Banking and Finance or relevant fields.

Work Experience:

• 4+ years experience in a Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst. Including 2+ years&apos experience in Financial Institutions with Data warehousing and reporting
• 3+ years&apos experience with Cloud Platform (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) & with 1+ years&apos on AWS and/or DataBrick
• 1+ year&aposs experience developing & deploying AI solutions, products-
• Proficient in querying, visualization data using SQL, Python languages by using data programming tools and data visualization techniques
• Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.-
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Foreign language

• English Level 3 (TOEIC = 650 - 699) / or according to TCB&aposs regulations in each period
