Process Technician

*Role Description:

ENGINEERING (90%)

1. Process data measuring:

• Monitoring production process/machine parameters, machine faults and quality issues.
• Collaborate with production to track the Safety, Quality, Material, Engineering, Machine data to support for process improvement.
• Actual cycle time measure and track.

2. Process execution:

• Responsible for controlling the inventory, WIP tracking, and checking expiration dates.
• Implement the designs that allow production to use materials, machines, and even personnel as effectively as possible.
• Support implementation of new technology for process execution and/or analysis.
• Collaborate with production to maintain 5S, safety in production area, responsible for preparing equipment, layouts, workflows, and record the datas.
• Observe workers in order to make sure that all equipment is being used properly and maintained to the standards.
• Conduct training all applicable operating procedures, work instruction.

3. Process Audit:

Regularly conduct process audits as plan, reportting to correct wrong practives and application (Raw Cutting - Machining - Assembly - Finishing - Fittings - Packing).

PROJECT (10%)

• Project Execution
• Participate of improvement project such as reduce costs, minimize wast, efficiency increasement.

*Qualifications:

• Knowledgeable of process optimisation techniques, LEAN manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies and statistical analysis.
• At least 1 years of experience as a process technician in a manufacturing.
• English: Good
