About The Role
We are looking for motivated Process Engineers to join our growing Development Process Engineering (DPE) team at Molex Vietnam's Hung Yen plant. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional engineering activities to support new product development and product transfer projects — from early design phase through to mass production (MP). About The Role

In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional engineering activities to support new product development and product transfer projects — from early design phase through to mass production (MP). Key Responsibilities
New Product Development & Transfer Coordination
- Work with the Project Management team to build and track the project master plan for new product launches and product transfers.
- Coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams (Product, Process, Automation, Molding, Plating, Stamping) to align on project schedules and milestones.
- Support the development of manufacturing process concepts, covering stamping, injection molding, insert molding, plating, and assembly.
- Help prepare materials, components, and documentation needed for trial runs and debugging.
- Support production line readiness and mass production (MP) ramp-up activities.
- Help compile trial reports, lessons learned, and improvement actions after new product launches.
- Support communication with Molex's global development centers (Japan, China, Korea, Singapore, and the US) during the early phases of new product and transfer projects.
- Coordinate trial requests between the factory and development centers.
- Participate in and support trial runs on-site at the factory.
- Help maintain and clarify cross-functional engineering workflows for new product development.
- Collaborate with other engineering functions at the plant (Production, Quality, and related teams).
- Support engineering administration to ensure trial materials and new product data are well organized and compliant with ISO/IATF requirements.
- Follow company policies on 6S & Kaizen, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience (fresh engineers with strong potential and relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply).
- Good English communication skills (both written and verbal) — you will regularly liaise with overseas development teams.
- Basic ability to read technical drawings and understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CAD skills (e.g., NX) are a plus.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work flexibly (including occasional overtime) to meet project timelines.
- Japanese language ability is a plus, but not required.
