Job Description
- Establish a quality monitoring system, including monitoring of raw materials, process technology, equipment, and operator capabilities.
- Set up SPC control for key indicators and process parameters.
- Set up process QC and collect and monitor yield data.
- Promote improvements to quality issues within process groups.
- Handle and prevent process exceptions.
- Control process consistency and process technical document preparation.
- Apply RCSE (Rearrange / Combine / Simplify / Eliminate) principles to simplify production processes, improve production efficiency, and reduce labor costs.
- Introduce automated equipment or production lines.
- Assist team members in developing improvement plans to reduce quality issues, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Provide technical support for production lines, suppliers, and other relevant areas.
- Understand customers product usage and organize the team to promptly resolve quality and technical issues raised by customers.
- Prepare comprehensive and professional initial investigation reports.
- Provide positive, active, efficient, and professional services for projects and customers.
- Cooperate with Quality Engineers to improve testing methods and measurement instruments and resolve customer complaints.
- Provide technical support and services in collaboration with Sales, Quality Assurance, Procurement, Production, Planning, and other departments.
- Fully understand tasks assigned by superiors, develop action plans, complete tasks on time, summarize issues in reports, and actively achieve assigned goals.
