As a Presales Engineer (M365 & AI), you will be responsible for consulting and developing Microsoft solutions for enterprise customers, with a focus on Microsoft 365, Modern Work, Copilot, and AI. This role works directly with customers, Sales, Microsoft, and technical teams to understand customer needs, recommend solutions, demonstrate technologies, and support project implementation.

1/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consult on Microsoft 365 and Modern Work solutions for enterprise customers.
• Conduct requirement analysis, solution design, and architecture recommendations based on customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver technical workshops, product demos, and POCs.
• Work with Microsoft, Sales, and technical teams to deliver solutions for customers.
• Support customers during solution implementation and handover.
• Research new technologies in AI, Copilot, and Microsoft Cloud and apply them to real-world projects.

2/ QUALIFICATIONS:

2.1 Must-have:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in implementing or consulting in one or more of the following areas: Microsoft 365; Modern Work; Collaboration Solutions; Cloud Solutions.
• Hands-on experience with one or more Microsoft 365 solutions, such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
• Consulting Skills:

-Ability to work directly with customers.

-Experience in understanding customer needs and recommending solutions.

-Ability to deliver technical presentations, demos, or workshops.

• Good working-level English communication skills for working with Microsoft and customers.
• A customer-centric mindset, with a proactive attitude, strong ownership, teamwork, and willingness to learn new technologies.

2.2 Nice to have:

• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or AI Agents.
• Knowledge of Azure AI, Generative AI, or Azure OpenAI.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Security, Entra ID, Defender, Purview, or Zero Trust.
• Basic development skills in Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, MS-102, PL-900, PL-200, AI-900, AI-102, or SC-900 are a plus.

You are not expected to have experience with all of the technologies above. Knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, AI Security, Purview, Entra, Defender, or Security Copilot can be further developed after joining FTI.
