About Kirby South East Asia

Kirby South East Asia started its operation in 2008 with its 50,000 MT annual capacity plant in Vietnam. In its few years of operation Kirby SEA has designed and supplied various buildings in Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, Australia, Bangladesh and Myanmar markets. Kirby South East Asia is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kirby International.

Responsibilities:

- Control Materials in Stock (Pipeline of Raw materials and Raw materials Inventory).

Kiểm soát toàn bộ nguyên liệu trong kho (Vật tư đã mua đang về và hàng vật tư tồn kho ).

- Control the release jobs to production as plan.

Kiểm soát việc chuyển toàn bộ dự án cho bộ phận sản xuất theo kế hoạch.

- Control revision or change Shop Drawing (update & inform to Production / QA,QC Dept.)

Cập nhật bản vẽ thay đổi & thông báo cho bộ phận sản xuất & bộ phận quản lý chất lượng.

- Control the daily/monthly report for production.

Kiểm soát báo cáo hàng ngày/tháng cho sản xuất.

- Control the balance Materials/Scraps

Kiểm soát cân bằng Vật liệu/Phế liệu

- Update all information arising or unusual changes and notify direct management.

Cập nhật toàn bộ những thông tin phát sinh hoặc thay đổi bất thường báo cho cấp quản lý trực tiếp.

- Expedite delivery to receive materials as quickly as possible.

Xúc tiến đẩy nhanh việc giao hàng để nhận được vật tư nhanh nhất.

- Coordinate with Purchasing and Quality Control department in developing new suppliers

Phối hợp với bộ phận Mua hàng và Kiểm soát Chất lượng trong việc phát triển nhà cung cấp mới

- Other tasks are assigned by Company/BOD/BOM

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree from Mechanical Engineer, Construction Engineer

Kỹ sư cơ khí hoặc Kỹ sư xây dựng

- At least 5 years experience under production

Ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm về sản xuất

- Proficient in CAD & excel skill

Thành thạo CAD và excel

- Knowledge of factory structure

Có kiến thức về kết cấu nhà xưởng

- Have group management skills.

Có kỹ năng quản lý đội/nhóm

- Management (People/Time/ Quality)

Kĩ năng quản lý con người, thời gian và số lượng

- Clearly, correctly, rapidly reports.

Báo cáo rõ ràng, chính xác, nhanh chóng

- Communication in English and Vietnamese proficiency
