MAIN TASKS
Responsible for providing and carrying out qualified technical training to service engineers, parts sales and company's valued customers.
- Plan, organize and direct orientation and carry out technical training programs for company's product support technical personnel.
- Develop technical training materials, which may include but not limited to Caterpillar resource training materials to suit the business unit and customer needs.
- Develop and coordinate client relations with appropriate inter-company departments concerning or promote new product information
- Lead, handle and manage instructor lead training (ILT) and related activities.
REQUIREMENTS
- University Degree in Automobile Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- At least 3 years of minimum working experience as an automotive technician/ or electric engineer and technical instructor / technician function in local CAT Dealership will be an advantage
- Good command in English at 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- Mature, responsible individual, good interpersonal skills, able to complete the given tasks with minimum supervision
- A positive attitude to dealing with people
- Has an aptitude of learning
- Capable of working independently as well as part of the team
- Computer literate and familiar with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint programs.

- Working in Long Thanh - Dong Nai from Mon - Fri
