Job Purpose
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our leadership team, driving HR strategies and ensuring all HR operations are delivered effectively, accurately, and in compliance with regulations. This role plays a key part in shaping people strategy and building a strong organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Leadership (80%)
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals (recruitment, retention, workforce planning)
- Lead and implement HR policies, processes, and initiatives across the organization
- Oversee full-spectrum HR functions: C&B, performance management, employee relations, talent development, compliance, and more
- Drive recruitment strategies and talent management best practices
- Monitor HR metrics, analyze trends, and provide insights for decision-making
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
- Stay updated on HR trends, regulations, and technologies
- Manage HR budget and support team capability development
2. Team Management (20%)
- Lead, coach, and develop the HR team
- Oversee daily HR operations and workflows
- Conduct performance reviews and support team growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3+ years in HR Manager / similar leadership role
- Prior experience in a school/education environment is a plus
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor law compliance
- Proven leadership, stakeholder management & communication skills
- Experience in handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and change management
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
