  • Manage and execute key Livestream & Video initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement structured project management frameworks, including planning, risk assessment, and contingency planning.
  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding of streamers, optimizing engagement and performance.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., session volume, seller participation, GMV, ROI) to drive improvements.
  • Manage program budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and timely financial processing as guided.
  • Act as a key liaison between different teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
  • Execute solutions related to optimize workflows and processes to improve efficiency and streamline operations.
  • Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager

Requirements

  • Full-time Bachelor's degree or above, smart and fast learning
  • Has prior and solid experience in Account and Project Management; experience in Livestream, Business Development or Marketing
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skill and sensitivity to data, detail-oriented and highly organised
  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills
  • Self-initiate and can-do attitude person
  • Professional English skills (reading / writing / listening / speaking)
