Job Description:
1. Funnel Performance Planning & Vendor Alignment
- Translate New Buyer & KOC funnel goals (acquisition, activation, retention) into clear event strategies and execution plans.
- Align KPIs, deliverables, and success metrics with vendors to ensure outcomes are met across all funnel stages.
- Leverage data insights to guide vendors on target audience approach, engagement methods, and conversion tactics during events.
2. Event Planning & Vendor Execution Management
- Own end-to-end planning of offline events, including concept development, event flow, and execution roadmap.
- Develop structured plans covering logistics, timelines, licensing/permissions, and on-ground operations.
- Manage vendors closely to ensure high-quality execution, consistent messaging, and smooth coordination across all touchpoints.
- Act as the main point of contact to troubleshoot issues and ensure delivery aligns with agreed plans and KPIs.
3. Journey Experience & On-ground Optimization
- Design effective on-site and pre/post-event engagement flows to maximize KOC acquisition and activation.
- Identify friction points in user experience during events and work with vendors to continuously optimize engagement mechanics.
- Evaluate vendor performance and event effectiveness, driving improvements and standardizing best practices for future scalability.
4. Online Community Management & Engagement
- Develop and execute engagement initiatives to attract, activate, and retain Buyer & KOCs across online communities.
- Manage community operations, including content planning, member engagement, and issue resolution.
- Monitor community performance and optimize engagement strategies to improve member experience and retention.
- Gather community insights and feedback to support event planning, funnel optimization, and program improvements.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in Event Planning, Project Management, or Vendor Management, with a focus on offline execution.
- Proven track record in managing vendors/agencies and delivering projects end-to-end.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, timeline control, stakeholder coordination, and on-ground issue handling.
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Product).
- Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, especially in vendor management and stakeholder alignment.
- High ownership mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Detail-oriented with strong execution capabilities.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides for planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Experience in KOL/KOC, Affiliate Marketing, or e-commerce ecosystems.
- Experience in organizing large-scale offline events (e.g., campus activations, roadshows, industrial zone activations).
- Basic analytical skills, with the ability to understand funnel performance and optimize event outcomes.
- Exposure to acquisition campaigns or growth-related projects.
- Familiarity with incentive mechanisms (e.g., rewards, gamification, referral programs) to drive engagement and conversion during events.
