Job Description:

Act as the main point of contact for cross-departmental projects within Marketplace Operations.
Translate company hypotheses into structured project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
Conduct market research and benchmarking to validate business directions and propose innovative solutions.
Gather, analyze, and synthesize inputs from multiple teams to build data-driven recommendations.
Drive end-to-end project execution: from planning, alignment, and resource allocation to delivery and post-project evaluation.
Identify risks, challenges, and opportunities proactively, providing creative and flexible solutions.
Mentor and oversee PMO team members (Senior Associate, Associate) to ensure consistent quality and timely outputs.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management to track project progress and results.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related fields MBA is a plus.
7+ years of experience in project management, consulting, or operations in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority.
Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and business hypothesis testing.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Creative thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or marketplace operations is highly preferred.
