Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payment processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Develop and maintain SOPs for payment records, risk mitigation, and audit readiness
- Lead cross-functional projects and respond to ad-hoc business needs with structured execution and clear communication
- Apply critical thinking to assess operational risks, resolve escalations, and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and business teams to ensure alignment on compliance and governance standards
- Supervise and mentor a small team, fostering accountability, growth, and cross-training.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in payment operations, compliance, or project management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to make sound decisions under pressure
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes
- Excellent communication skills; able to engage senior stakeholders and lead teams effectively
- Familiarity with regional financial regulations is a plus
- Good English skills.
