Own and manage selected cross-functional projects end-to-end, from scoping, stakeholder alignment, and planning to execution and post-mortem.
Partner with business leaders to translate hypotheses into structured analysis, validate with data, and propose actionable solutions.
Conduct in-depth market research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis to support decision-making and business model innovation.
Build business cases and scenario modeling to assess impact, ROI, and trade-offs.
Proactively identify risks, operational gaps, and improvement opportunities, then propose creative solutions.
Mentor PMO Associates in delivering high-quality research, reporting, and documentation.
Prepare management-level reports, dashboards, and strategic presentations for leadership updates.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields Master's degree is a plus.
4-6 years of experience in project management, consulting, or strategy/operations in fast-paced industries.
Proven experience in leading cross-departmental initiatives or mid-scale projects independently.
Strong business acumen with ability to connect data, market insights, and operations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and modeling skills.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proactive, adaptive, and able to thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.
Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or marketplace platforms is a strong advantage.
