Job Description:

Assist in project planning and documentation under the guidance of PMO Lead and Senior Associate.
Collect, organize, and validate information from multiple departments.
Conduct basic research and data analysis to support project hypotheses.
Track project timelines, update status reports, and escalate risks where needed.
Proactively identify risks, operational gaps, and improvement opportunities, then propose creative solutions.
Support in preparing presentations, reports, and dashboards.
Handle ad-hoc tasks as required by the PMO team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related fields.
1-2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or research (fresh graduates with strong potential can be considered).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Eager to learn and grow in project management within e-commerce/marketplace operations.
