PMO AI LIVESTREAM

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze livestream metrics: GMV, orders, views, CTR, conversion rate, GMV/hour, and ROAS; propose optimization strategies.
• Create timelines, checklists, milestones, and assign PICs (Person In Charge); track progress, send deadline reminders, and update confirmed changes.
• Coordinate with Content/Script, Production, Tech, Design, and Operation teams; ensure complete handovers and execution according to plan.
• Review QC, approvals, and go-live checklists; collaborate to resolve issues before and during the live session.
• Track issues and change requests; update reports, recaps, and next actions for the Project Manager (PM) and other teams.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in livestream operations, e-commerce, or project coordination.
• Understanding of livestream sales operations on platforms like Shopee and TikTok Shop, as well as the key factors impacting performance.
• Ability to read and analyze livestream data; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong planning and cross-departmental coordination skills; proactive, detail-oriented, and strictly adhere to deadlines.
