What you'll do:

As Plant Manager, you will be entrusted with overseeing the full spectrum of plant operations from production management through process improvement to human resources development. • Review production schedules and shipment timelines regularly to ensure alignment with customer requirements and statutory regulations.
• Coordinate closely with sales, purchasing, engineering, and other departments to prioritise production needs and guide planning efforts.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 9000 and other relevant quality systems by monitoring reports and initiating actions to minimise cost of quality.
• Lead process analysis initiatives aimed at optimising cycle times, reducing costs, improving material utilisation, and enhancing operational reliability.
