- Develop and maintain production plans based on business requirements on an ad hoc basis.
- Monitor raw material availability and supplier delivery schedules, and adjust production plans accordingly.
- Maintain and update MPC/PP-related data.
- Calculate machine and manpower capacity loading.
- Track production plan execution and shipment performance.
- Analyze and report work order closure yield and production efficiency on the manufacturing lines.
- Support the supervisor in achieving departmental KPIs and handling other assigned tasks.
- Coordinate planning-related activities for WCM Sales & Operations Meetings (S&OP) and Material Planning weekly meetings.
- Complete tasks assigned by the supervisor and handle related exceptions and issues in a timely manner.
- At least 2 years of experience in Production Planning, Material Planning, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with SAP systems is required.
- Familiar with production planning processes, production scheduling, and material planning control (MPC).
- Good command of Chinese; candidates with good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills will also be an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, accuracy-focused, and possessing a strong safety awareness.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain good 5S workplace practices.
