We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager (Mobile App) for one of our clients. Details mentioned below :
Job Overview and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-channel User Acquisition plans (Google, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Unity, ironSource, OEM, etc.).
- Manage and optimize performance metrics: CPI, CTR, CVR, ROAS, LTV/CAC.
- Collaborate with Product, ASO, and Monetization teams to optimize conversion funnels and revenue.
- Analyze data (cohort, retention, churn) to extract insights and guide strategic direction.
- Manage large UA budgets, ensuring efficiency and long-term profitability.
- Build, manage, and develop the Performance Marketing team.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of Marketing experience, including at least 3 years specializing in Performance Marketing for mobile apps/games and 2+ years in a Leader/Manager position.
- Experience managing teams and directly operating large UA budgets.
- Deep understanding of User Acquisition, Monetization, and Data Analytics.
- Proficient with advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) and tracking/attribution tools.
- Expert knowledge of campaign setup, bid strategy, audience segmentation, and creative testing.
- Deep understanding of monetization mechanisms: in-app ads, rewarded ads, subscriptions, IAP.
- Familiar with mediation platforms: AdMob, AppLovin MAX, ironSource, Unity Ads.
- Proficient with tracking/attribution tools: AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase, Amplitude.
- Skilled in cohort analysis, funnel analysis, retention & churn modeling.
- Ability to transform data into insights and convert insights into concrete actions.
