I. Key Responsibilities
Lead Creative Content & Team Management
Supervise and mentor 3 Content Creators across platforms: FB, IG, TikTok, Threads, Zalo, YouTube, website
. Develop creative content aligned with brand direction and business goals
. Oversee content calendar and ensure timely delivery with high creative quality
Build Brand & Channel Strategy.
Shape and maintain the brands story, tone of voice, and visual identity
. Manage and grow all owned media and satellite channels
. Collaborate with Design and Production teams for creative asset development
Cross-Team Marketing Support (EC, MT, Agent).
Develop ads materials, banners, and videos to support EC platforms (Website, TikTok, Shopee) including livestream and affiliate campaigns
. Create marketing toolkits and activation content for Shop Agent (SA), including product info, event support, and influencer coordination
. Deliver MKT packages, POSM, and event execution plans for Modern Trade (MT) partners
. Ensure content consistency and performance alignment across all sales channels
Execute Campaigns, Events & Livestreams.
Support 360 campaigns: new product launches, brand activations, and livestreams
. Coordinate across internal teams and with external KOLs, agencies
. Track and optimize campaign performance
Market Research & Training.
Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitors
. Monitor content performance metrics to improve engagement and reach
Support internal brand & product training sessions
